Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

The Owner, ensures the protection of all personal data (the “Personal Data”) entered by Site users (hereinafter the “Users”) when using the Site's services.
For this purpose, the Owner has developed this privacy and personal data protection policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
The Owner provides Users with the technical resources necessary so that they may be on notice of the Privacy Policy and any other relevant information before they register with the Site. By using the Site, Users accept and agree to be bound by each of the terms set forth in this Policy.
The owner reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy and adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as to industry practices. In such cases, the owner shall announce the changes made on this website with reasonable advance notice before they are implemented.
Certain services offered through the Site may contain conditions with specific Personal Data protection provisions.

3. Veracity and Quality of Information

The User guarantees that all Personal Data furnished to the owner is true. The User shall be responsible for communicating any updates in Personal Data to the Owner. The User expressly authorizes the Owner to verify the above-mentioned data, including data related to the User's enrolment in a University. The User further undertakes to keep the data updated.
The Owner reserves the right to cancel the data after a period of two years if the User's personal page on the Site remains inactive. Please remove your application or update your CV to ensure good quality information.
The User declares that he/she is of legal age, and otherwise that he/she has authorization from his/her legal representatives.

4. Purpose of processing

The purpose of the collection and automated treatment of Personal Data is to create and maintain the relationship established with the Owner, i.e., allow the User to register for the job offers that he/she sees fit as well as to post his/her data for managing job searches and making them available to the companies providing job offers pursuant to the privacy and disclosure setting selected by the User. Similarly, processing serves to manage, administer, provide, expand and improve the services for which the User decides to sign up, opt in or use the adaptation of said services to Users' preferences and tastes, the study of the use of services by Users, the design of new services and sending technical, operating and commercial information about its products and services. The purpose of the collection and automatic processing of Personal Data also includes sending survey forms that the User is not required to answer.
The Owner is expressly authorized, if the User does not choose to object through the “Mi Panel de Control” section, to use the data submitted by the Users to send commercial communications, including sending e-mail or equivalent means of communication about its services and products, and also concerning third-party products and services from the training and financial sectors, academic activities, such as lectures, courses, conferences, inter alia, or on products or activities in relation to research, technology, telecommunications, professional opportunities and job searches, culture, support of studies and training, work and project development and leisure.
The Owner may use the contact information entered by the Users to submit information about the Site's services and for making service quality-related queries or surveys.

5. Communication of Personal Data to Companies Offering Employment. Privacy level

All submissions of User Personal Data to third parties must be previously authorized by the Users who own said Personal Data or confidential information.
The Personal Data submitted by Users to the Owner may be entered via “User Registration”. Completion of the User's CVs is done in the private area or User's personal page.
Upon entering their Personal Data, Users shall define their PRIVACY LEVEL by choosing one of the following options:
Registered Users' Personal Data shall be stored confidentially in the Owner's database, and shall be sent solely to the companies whose job offers the Users registered, which shall be made explicitly (“Specific Registration”); the Specific Registration to an offer or company shall entail making all User Personal Data entered on the Website available to the potential employer.
When the Users enter their Personal Data, the Owner opens a personal page for each User whereupon he/she stores his/her details, and which may only be accessed by the User him/herself (with his/her username and password) each time that he/she wishes to check, update or modify his/her Personal Data contained thereupon (hereinafter the “Mi Trabajando or Mi Panel de Control”).
Users can modify their data at any time by directly accessing their “Mi Trabajando” or “Mi Panel de Control”.
Therefore, both the incorporation of Personal Data into Specific Registration (be it the Database or a Personal Page) and the automatic processing of said Personal Data by the Owner, requires Users' prior and express consent.

6. Data Security

The Owner shall be liable for the Database and the Personal Data on each Personal Page. In order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data or Confidential Information furnished by Users, the Owner has adopted the legally required levels of security and Personal Data Protection levels and has installed the means and technical measures in its reach. However, users must consider that Internet security levels are not perfect. Thus, the owner cannot guarantee total and absolute inviolability of its Database or the perfect operation of its protection and safeguard mechanisms.
Please do not share your username and password. On your browser, disable the “remember password” option or note the options for erasing said information in those cases in which you use a shared or public computer.

7. User rights

Users have rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition and may exercise them by contacting the Owner at the address and contact method set forth in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy. They may also exercise such rights via a signed letter accompanied by a photocopy of their National Identification Card and stating their address, sent via ordinary postal mail to the owner's address visible in the owner's link.
Remember that you may exercise your rights in the “Mi Panel De
Control” section (“Mi Trabajando”) on the website itself.

8. Use of cookies

On occasion, the Website uses small data files known as “Cookies” which are generated on the User's computer and which allows the following information to be obtained:
Date and time of the last time the user visited the Website.
Design of content the user chose on his/her first visit to the Website.
Security elements involved in controlling access to restricted areas.

Note that Internet has no borders, so your CV may be accessed from any company located inside or outside the U.S., and even in countries for which there would be international data transfer. Therefore, the User consents to any such international transfers.
This consent shall also be deemed accepted by the fact of signing up for offers published by foreign companies.
