4.1. General rules:

4.2. Site Security Rules.

4.3. Prohibited specific uses.

The Site may only be used for legitimate purposes by individuals seeking employment and professional information. The Owner specifically prohibits any use of the Site and all users accept not to use the Site for any of the following purposes:



  • 1. Posting incomplete, false or erroneous biographical information or information that does not appear on their CV.


  • 2. Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the Site's proper operation or any activity being undertaken at that website.


  • 3. Take any action that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure.


  • 4. Disclosing or sharing their user-password with third parties or using their password for any unauthorized purpose.


  • 5. Notwithstanding anything herein provided, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or smart agents) to navigate or perform searches on the Site other than the Owner's search engine and search agents available other than the generally available third-party Internet browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).


  • 6. Attempting to decipher, compile or reverse engineer any software comprising or otherwise part of the Site.


  • 7. Adding, copying or otherwise duplicating any Site content.


  • 8. Creating boxes or links to any of the Site content.


  • 9. In general any illegal use of the Website, or the data visible thereupon.





5. Type of information requested



5.1. User data.

Upon registering on the Site, the Owner shall request the registering party (i.e., You) to provide certain information, including, but not limited to a valid e-mail address. In addition to the Terms and Conditions that may be established in any privacy policy on this Site, You understand and accept that the Owner may anonymously disclose certain statistical and anonymous information contained in your registration application to third parties. The Owner shall not disclose to any third party the a user's name, address, e-mail address or telephone number or any other personal information, without said user's prior consent, unless necessary or appropriate in order to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where said information is relevant.




5.2. Liability for the information posted and/or sent:

As a user, You are liable for your own communications, and you are liable for the consequences of what you post. Therefore, You are prohibited from including or posting any data or information unrelated to job searches. This information includes, but is not limited to: (i) posting copyright protected material unless you are the copyright owner or have permission from the owner to post said material; (ii) posting material that reveals trade secrets unless you are the owner or have permission from the owner; (iii) posting material that infringes any of the third-party intellectual property rights or third-party privacy or advertising rights; (iv) posting material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, pejorative or shameful for another user or for any person or entity; (v) posting for businesses, posting chain letters or pyramid schemes; (vi) posing as another person; (vii) or posting material containing viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, cancellers or other routines or computer programming engines whose purpose is to damage or negatively interfere, intercept silently or expropriate any system, data or information.



The Owner does not guarantee the veracity, accuracy or reliability of information posted by the companies offering employment or internships on the Site's or by users of the Site; nor does it back the opinions expressed by them. You acknowledge that upon trusting any material posted by other users, you do so at your own risk.



The Owner acts as a mere online conduit for distributing and posting information sent by companies offering employment to Site users and has no obligation to select communications or information in advance, nor is the Owner responsible for selecting or supervising the material posted by companies offering employment or by users of the Site. If notice is received by a user or a company offering employment regarding alleged data that does not conform to these Terms and Conditions, the Owner may investigate the case and determine in good faith, and at its exclusive discretion, whether it withdraws or requests the exclusion of the information without it generating liability whatsoever toward users. The Owner reserves the right to expel users and prohibit them from subsequent access to the Site for violating either these Terms and Conditions; good faith; etiquette; or the law, as well as the right to withdraw information that is abusive, illegal or provocative. The Owner may exercise any action that it deems necessary or appropriate with respect to the information provided by the User, at its exclusive discretion, if it believes that this information may represent a legal liability for the owner or if it could cause said owner to jeopardize (in full or in part) the services of its ISPs or other providers.




Any hyperlinks contained in a job offer submitted by companies offering employment shall be disabled when said job offer is posted on this site.

Note, however, that our policy does not allow us to either accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials that have not been specifically solicited. We welcome your comments about our services, so we ask you to be specific in your comments and to refrain from submitting creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or copyrighted materials.
